From the West (U.S. Highway 20)
U.S. Highway 20 becomes Dodge Street as it crosses the City limits. Follow Dodge Street to the stoplight intersection just before the bridge to Illinois, where Dodge Street intersects Locust Street. Turn left at the intersection onto Locust Street, and follow to the stoplight intersection with 12th Street. Turn right on 12th Street, down the hill a block and a half. The office is on the right hand side of the street.

From the South (U.S. Highways 61, 151, and 52)
U.S. Highways 61, 151, and 52 are a divided 4 lane road as they enter Dubuque. Take the Locust Street exit, and follow Locust Street to the stoplight intersection with 12th Street. Turn right on 12th Street, down the hill a block and a half. The office is on the right hand side of the street.

From the East (U.S. 20, Illinois bridge)
U.S. Highway 20 crosses the Mississippi River on the two-lane Julien Dubuque Bridge. Take the first right after the bridge onto Locust Street, and follow Locust Street to the stoplight intersection with 12th Street. Turn right on 12th Street, down the hill a block and a half. The office is on the right hand side of the street.

From the East (U.S. Highways 61 and 151, Wisconsin bridge)
U.S. Highways 61 and 151 cross the Mississippi River on the four lane Iowa-Wisconsin Bridge. Continue to the 11th Street exit, then turn right at the bottom of the exit onto Elm Street, then left on 12th Street. Continue 5 blocks to Iowa Street. The office is on the left hand side of 12th Street after you cross Iowa Street.

From the North (U.S. Highway 52)
U.S. Highway 52 becomes Central Avenue as it enters Dubuque. Follow Central Avenue to 12th Street, then turn right on 12th Street to Iowa Street. The office is on the left hand side of 12th Street after you cross Iowa Street.
